I had recently received an email from Microsoft suggesting I should change my Microsoft password, which I did. Our Hosted Exchange provider keeps insisting that they haven't changed anything to the Exchange 2007 Server itself. I looked into it and found out, that it required the file '/usr/lib/jvm/java-1 1-openjdk-amd64/lib/libawtxawt.so' which was now missing even tho it's supposed to be installed as part of the openjdk-11-jre-headless package, which is instal led as one of davmail's dependencies. Earlier this week, they had some quota issues and fixed something, DavMail has failed to work with this service ever since. After installing the latest security updates, davmail stopped working.
#DAVMAIL STOPPED WORKING PASSWORD#
It was your comment It's the Microsoft server rejecting your password that triggered the solution. DavMail was working fine for months, with a Hosted Exchange service that is provided by a third party. I have to wonder, has anyone gotten this working in the KDE suite of apps / Akonadi? I feel like I keep hearing Akonadi is getting better, but 's like they keep focusing on new things or porting to a new framework and they don't go back to fix bugs. From your advice, I realised what had caused the problem, and I have now got my Thunderbird working again. So I've gone to Thunderbird and it worked with Davmail right away. The package content list do not reflect those changes yet. My other two are just empty, but I can add entries and they'll show up online.but it's pretty useless to have a calendar where I can't see any of my meetings or anything. important > After installing the latest security updates, davmail stopped working. The only calendar that loads is the Holiday calendar. I tried adding my calendars with CalDav through Davmail and that's utterly useless too. As mentioned in the thread below the above post, there is no immediate impact on DavMail, however when Microsoft decides to completely remove EWS support current DavMail implementation will no longer work.

Akonadi EWS calendar support is completely broken and it seems like it was abandonded as no bugs filed against it have even been addressed. It keeps looking for my certificate's issuer certificate in my PKCS11 provider. I got mail working through Davmail, but KMail is soooo slow with it. I configured the PKCS11 provider in DavMail, but it's not clear whether or not it is working. I've been up all night and I'm at my wits end.
